£1.5 million Upper Town electric buses tender awarded to Bassadone Motors

Electric buses are coming to the Upper Town, with the vehicles to be supplied by Bassadone Motors.
The company has been awarded the tender for over £1.5 million.
Six buses are going to be introduced. The Environment Minister says these have been tested on Gibraltar's narrow roads.
