Turicum Private Bank has acquired a stake in UK-based Hassium Asset Management as part of a strategy to expand its footprint into the British wealth management market.

The move marks Turicum’s first formal presence in the UK.

Turicum is a privately owned bank founded in Gibraltar more than 30 years ago by Swiss private bankers and legal professionals.

The partnership will see Turicum complement Hassium’s expertise in global investments.

Existing investment mandates and client relationships will remain unchanged, but clients will benefit from broader access to banking services, technology and support.

Andreas Businger, CEO of Turicum, said the deal aligns with the firm’s ethical values and long-term vision.

Hassium’s founder Yogi Dewan welcomed the partnership as one that strengthens operations while preserving independence and integrity.
