Two plead not guilty to violent disorder following public order incident involving four individuals

Two people have pleaded not guilty to violent disorder following a public order incident in January involving four individuals.

42 year old Kyle Gonzalez and 39 year old Joelene Gonzalez appeared before the Magistrates’ Court and denied the charge.

Two others, 22-year-old Ben Brown and a 16-year-old juvenile, failed to appear. They are charged with violent disorder and common assault.

Stipendiary Magistrate Charles Bonfante issued warrants for their arrest and adjourned the matter to the 23rd of June.
