UK Foreign Sec does not expect to see treaty delayed by McGrail Inquiry report

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office says it is looking forward to the publication of the McGrail Inquiry Report, but sees this primarily as a matter for the Gibraltar Government.
Appearing before the Foreign Affairs Committee, Yvette Cooper answered questions on the inquiry and on the EU relationship treaty.
The Foreign Secretary said she did not expect the treaty to be delayed by the inquiry report.
Liberal Democrat MP Edward Morello asked her if she had seen a copy of the report.
