Unite and Govt agree on parity deal for allied health professionals

Allied Health Professionals at the GHA are to receive pay parity with their UK NHS counterparts, under an agreement signed by Government and Unite.

The new rates for most grades will be backdated to April 2025, following a ballot in which 95.9 percent of Unite members voted in favour.

Jonathan Sacramento spoke to GHA Convenor, Alex Nuñez, and asked who was included in this agreement.
