The Women’s Mentorship Programme is now open for the 2026 cycle. The programme aims to support professional progress and promote diversity across organisations, through one-to-one meet-ups and group learning sessions.

Now in its seventh year, the programme enables young female professionals to develop skills that can help them aspire to leadership and management positions - where women are often under-represented.

Government says more equitable representation of women ensures greater diversity across organisations and makes sound business sense.

Equality Minister Christian Santos describes the programme as an opportunity to develop personal and professional skills while building positive connections.
