DVLD launches ‘Polar Bear’ system to modernise and streamline services
The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department has launched a new integrated IT system called "Polar Bear" which aims to modernise, streamline and consolidate the full range of DVLD services.
According to the Government, the system has been specially designed for Gibraltar and is the most significant tech-nological upgrade introduced by the DVLD in recent years.
