Members of the Fire and Rescue Service have refreshed their skills in handling and maintaining hydraulic tools – especially those used to rescue people involved in car crashes.

The GFRS personnel were joined by Airport Fire and Rescue members on one of the courses, held in the Netherlands.

The training focused on understanding hydraulics – as well as how to maintain them, run diagnostics, and carry out minor repairs, to ensure the equipment is safe and ready to use.
