Government doing 'everything possible' to minimise power cuts, says Gemma Arias-Vasquez

The power cut caused this afternoon's BA flight to be diverted to Malaga.

The Minister for Utilities, Gemma Arias Vasquez was  due to fly out on it on Government business.  

Before boarding an alternative flight from Seville airport, she said the Government was doing everything possible to minimise power cuts.

Ros Astengo asked her why then, did they keep on happening.
