Six macaques are being tracked via GPS collars as part of ongoing research to inform their long-term management.

Masters student, Lillianne Hawkins, is leading the collaborative study between the university and the environment department, with the macaque management team facilitating the process of collaring the monkeys.

Vet, Mark Pizarro, spoke to Kelly Anne Borge – she asked him what the team hoped the research might reveal.
