Health Authority offering PSA blood tests at the Piazza for men aged 50 & over

The Health Authority is supporting World Prostate Cancer Day tomorrow by offering PSA blood tests at the Piazza for men aged 50 and over.

The GHA's Mobile Health Unit will be on site from 9am until 1pm in partnership with Prostate Cancer Gibraltar, whose representatives will also be on hand to provide information and raise awareness.

The initiative aims to encourage early detection of prostate cancer, with health officials and the charity stressing that a simple blood test can save lives and urging men above 50 to take the important first step.
