Keith Azopardi describes 8 point margin in favour of GSD & shift in public opinion as very positive

Keith Azopardi has described the 8 point margin in favour of the GSD and significant shift in public opinion in the GBC poll as very positive.

The GSD leader says this accords with the party's sense of things on the ground and the obvious discontent on important issues like health, housing or basic financial & democratic governance and transparency.

He says they clearly take absolutely nothing for granted because the only poll that matters is the general election.

Mr Azopardi adds the poll is only an indication, albeit an important one, of a political trend. The party, he says, will continue working hard to achieve the changes Gibraltar needs and that, he states, necessarily require a change of Government and a removal of this direction-less and politically bankrupt GSLP administration.
