New photos of Chatham Views & Bob Peliza Mews works published as CM visits sites

New photos of the progress at the Chatham Views and Bob Peliza Mews projects have been published by the Government.

The Chief Minister visited both of the affordable housing projects under construction.

Fabian Picardo was updated on the works by Managing Director of GJBS, Charles Savignon, and Chief Technical Officer at the Government, Hector Montado.

The expected completion dates are unchanged: Chatham Views is set to be ready in February.

Phase One of Bob Peliza Mews is expected to be completed in July.

The Government says the two projects will deliver a total of 583 homes.

It says this is in addition to the over 1,600 new homes provided in Beach View Terraces, Mons Calpe Mews, HassanCentenary Terraces and Charles Bruzon House.

Number Six says this is the most extensive investment in affordable housing by any Gibraltar Government.
