FULL SPEECH: Opposition Leader says GSD awaits debate before publicly taking stance on Treaty text

The Leader of the Opposition has welcomed the publication of the treaty text, describing it as a "seminal" moment for Gibraltar.

However, he said the benefits will have to be weighed against the risks that arise from what has been conceded.

Keith Azopardi said his party would not be taking a formal position on the contents of the agreement, until the GSDexecutive meets before next week's debate.
