Spanish man sentenced to 17 months & three weeks in prison for burglary, theft & assault on police

A Spanish man has been sentenced to nearly a year and six months in prison for burglary, theft and assault on police.

42 year old Luis Jesus Moreno Marquez appeared before the Magistrates’ Court, in relation to offences in December and January.

He pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary and two of theft, as well as one count each of assault on police and possession of a class B drug.

He was sentenced to 17 months and three weeks in prison.
