The Earlier you know, the More you can do: Dementia Awareness Month

It's the first day of Dementia Awareness Month and the Health Authority is coordinating with the Alzheimers and Dementia Society across September on a number of initiatives, including the ever-popular postbox toppers which have been knitted over the course of the past year.

The theme for this year's awareness campaign is 'The earlier you know, the more you can do: A dementia diagnosis matters'
