Transport road works delayed, with full sewage works expected to last 18 months

Works to restore the Rock’s sewage system are going to continue for another 18 months to come.

Transport Road has been closed since November to upgrade the system.

Originally forecast as a 12 week job, it's now going to last until the end of this month at least. 

Once complete, the works will move along Rosia Road up to Red Sands Road, with the entire project expected to take a year and a half.
