Gibraltar-Morocco business discussed at minister's visit to local Banque Populaire office

Business between Morocco and the Rock was discussed during a visit by Government Minister John Cortes to the Gibraltar offices of Morocco's main bank, Banque Populaire, at College Lane.

John Cortes's portfolio includes the role of developing relations with Morocco. He met with the manager of the bank's Gibraltar office, Imane El Haraki.

The meeting looked at how the Banque Populaire can assist Gibraltar businesses who want to trade in Morocco, and Moroccan businesses interested in working in Gibraltar.
