Man facing domestic abuse allegations pleads not guilty

A man facing allegations relating to domestic abuse has appeared in court and pleaded not guilty. 

47 year-old Jonathan Foley is facing two counts of stalking involving fear of violence or serious alarm or distress, one count of resisting or obstructing police and one of absconding. 

Mr Foley has been granted bail and will next appear in the Magistrate's Court on the 23rd February. 

The RGP encourages any victim of domestic abuse, or anyone aware of such a situation to come forward.
